The female dorm was great and calm. The breakfast was also carried out in a way that it was quick and efficient.

Our doble room with private bathroom was clean and tidy, the location is perfect.

Dorm with ensuite bathroom is always a great concept. The location in Chueca is perfect with many amazing restaurants around and many metro stations nearby. The room and bathroom are always clean. The free breakfast is perfect to start your day and the staff especially Davier is attentive and helpful. The price is also very cheap that I ended up staying for more days. This is definitely my first choice of hostel when I come back to Madrid.

The location, close to the museums and other places of interest, my room, my bed, the big lounge downstairs where you can sit and relax in complete peace, the excellent breakfast which is included, the staff.

very clean, beds are ok, they also have lockers to leave your stuff (it costs 5 euro every 24 hours), breakfast is good, location is good,really close to city centre

Not sure why the hostel ranked that low. Pretty nice place, location, comfort, staff speaks English, big lockers, two en-suite bathrooms. all was good, even breakfast included.
